You can do both sessions or only one if you wish. Diet Club & Fitness Class costs £5.50 plus a 'one-off' payment of £10 for the Diet Pack. If you do the Diet Club only it costs £4.00 plus £10 for Diet Pack. Fitness Class only is £4.00. Any questions please feel free to contact me.

Whether you have a little or a lot of weight to lose, or you just want to take part in an exercise class this is the best place to be. I am a fully qualified Diet Expert and Fitness Trainer who can get you on the track to success. When you first join you will be given your ideal weight goal plus a full Diet Pack. After the weigh-in there is a 20 minute Health & Fitness Forum where we discuss certain topics and I provide lots of helpful information. Tea and coffee is available during the Diet Club session. The most 'successful slimmer of the week' will also be given a Certificate of Achievement. We then do a 45 minute workout so that you can burn fat, tone your body and kick start your fat loss. My workout is designed for everyone, no matter what age, size, or fitness level. You can work at your own pace and I always show modifications to some of the more challenging exercises. The class is optional. If you want to come along and just do the workout only thats fine, just turn up at the designated exercise class time.
