Tone Shape Strengthen Muscles Get Fit Loose Weight Look Good!

This class is a must for women of all ages who are looking to shape and tone all those wobbly bits! It does exactly what it says on the tin. Strengthen, tone and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom. All classes begin with an aerobic warm up followed by a series of standing leg and glute exercises then we hit the floor for our abs and finish off with stretching and relaxation. By far the most popular workout on my timetable. I provide up beat music and all the motivation you need so give it a go you won't be disappointed!
