Over 50's Keep Fit

A sociable and enjoyable keep fit class suitable for women and men who want a more gentle or thoughtful approach to exercise. It is also suitable for beginners or those with previous experience, with emphasis on working at your own pace. The exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of ability and preferences. The class starts with a gentle warm up and mobility exercises. It is followed by various strengthening and toning exercises and low impact aerobics. The class finishes with gentle stretching and relaxation techniques. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the music is lively.

Keeping active will give you more energy and keep you feeling lively, while sitting around not doing much will leave you feeling tired and sluggishAs you get older your metabolism slows down.
